This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the manner in which Hi Franky, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information through our mobile application, website, and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

• Identifying Information, including your name, email address, birthday, and authentication credentials (e.g., Apple ID, Google Sign-In).
   
• Preference Information, such as favorite NFL teams and push-notification preferences.
   
• User-Generated Content, including comments, chat inputs, and other information you submit through the Services.
   

• Device Information, such as IP address, browser type, mobile operating system, unique device identifiers, and device characteristics.
   
• Usage Information, such as access times, feature usage, pages or screens viewed, tap/scroll activity, and crash logs.
   
• Location Information, which may include approximate or precise geographic location depending on your device and settings.
   

We process the personal information described above in order to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
   
• Personalize user experience and deliver customized content.
   
• Perform analytics and enhance functionality and performance.
   
• Communicate with you regarding support, transactional matters, and permitted marketing.
   
• Enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal obligations.
   

We do not currently sell or license personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. However, we reserve the right to do so in the future and will provide you with legally required notice and available choices should our practices change.

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers tasked with hosting, analytics, customer support, infrastructure, authentication, and processing functions (including without limitation: Firebase, OpenAI, and other cloud service providers).
   
• Business Transfers in connection with any merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of Company assets.
   
• Legal or Regulatory Requirements in order to comply with applicable law or governmental request, or to protect the rights or safety of the Company or our users.
   
• With Your Consent or at your direction.
   

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to restrict or object to its processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at legal@hifranky.com. We may request verification of your identity before responding.

You may opt out of push notifications through your device settings. Our Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Our Services are designed for individuals age 13 and older. While we do not currently verify users’ ages during sign-up, we do not intend to collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is entirely secure.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may modify this Policy at any time. When we do so, we will update the “Last Updated” date and post the revised Policy. Material changes may be separately communicated to users.
